This beautiful card is one that many people identify with. There is a softness, a curiosity, and a gentle sense of belonging in this figure as they interact with the suit’s element of water. They are refreshing themselves and cleansing themselves, and they are connecting with another being. There is water all around and in the cups; the water often signifies emotions and a sense of flow.
This young human is trying things out. They’re curious, they’re open and impressionable, and they are very gently and lovingly exploring the terrain of their emotions.
The little being in the cup at the bottom of the card is a fish, a creature that lives in the water. So the seeker is looking to connect with a being that is fully at home in this element and fully comfortable in their emotions. The seeker is not quite there yet, but they would like to feel more at home and at ease in the emotional terrain in their life. And sweetly enough, they appear to have no fear of leaning into this area of growth. They seem to know that even though they are young, their emotions do not rule them. Emotions are just one of the many components that make up their being, and it is okay to explore. It is okay to learn from others. It is okay to test the waters.
