Channeled guidance:
The Apprentice of Wands is trying on fire itself, cloaking themselves in the warmth and danger of flames, heat and action. They are trying on new ways of being and hoping to not get burned in the process. Light from the flames can make them seem beautiful, glorious and glowing; and it is absolutely okay to be near them and to bask in that glow. There’s a fiery charisma in this being.
When in balance, they warm those around them with their light and confidence. When out of balance, they can energetically drain other beings around them. This is often true for any of the Apprentices. They throw themselves into the element and properties of their suit with such enthusiasm that they can sometimes lose a sense of perspective.
The Apprentice of Wands is a being who is often very fun to be around. They are full of life and energy. They want to do things, and they want you to do those things with them. They’re trying on all sorts of ways off being: different personas, occupations and activities. Each experiment is exciting to them and feels exactly right. This Apprentice wants others to join in their enthusiasm.
It is important to remember that this being is still learning and growing. They are in an adolescent form of themselves. And they need that space and permission to experiment in a supportive environment. The more supported they feel, the more they will learn, and the more balanced their energy will be. This is a being that ideally makes you smile and appreciate the sometimes clumsy, often earnest learning trajectory of a younger being; one who has not yet reached full maturity but is very eager and excited to get there.
So enjoy that youthful energy. Don’t take it too seriously and embrace this exploration with love and affection.
