12. The Suspended One

This is sacred space, this is ritual. This energy invites new ways of looking and being with dynamics. Allow your consciousness to slow in this space, to observe, be present. Rest and pauses are different from stagnation. Here we can slow our breath and examine our relationship with urgency… Where does this live in the body? What activates it?

A figure dressed in intricate patterns is suspended by a line. Legs and knee hooked around this line/rod, head facing the earth. Right arm reaching directly to the earth and left is reaching up at an angle – fingers spread out. The suspended one’s head has an aura/halo around it in dancing golden shades. The background is a bleeding mix of color and soft shapes.
