10. Wheel of Fortune


Change is constant. adrienne maree brown asks us “What is your relationship with change?”.

Many of our nervous systems have learned to fear change from lived experiences. 

Through oppression, trauma, and prolonged/sustained stressors, our nervous systems become dysregulated. This card brings the opportunity to regulate and co-regulate with loved ones.

We are a circle within a circle, with no beginning, never ending.” Just as the mycelium of the forest floor communicates with itself, we as humans have the capacity for a deeper sense of interconnectedness. Woven nervous systems regulate, soothe, and support themselves and each other in wholeness.
